My husband & I moved from the UK to Vancouver, after visiting many times previously and had already decided on the area we wanted to buy.

My wife and I arrived in Canada having been recommended Juliet by a relocation web site. We had looked on the internet for our new home and forwarded a list to Juliet and set a date for our first meeting. When we decided to move from the UK to Canada, we were totally clueless about looking for houses etc. We were put in touch with Juliet. Without her, I think we may well have given up and stayed in the UK. She explained the process of buying a property from start to finish introducing us to mortgage brokers, mortgage insurance advisors, etc. She helped us by going to view properties take photos and e-mail them to us. We needed to sell our property fast as we had recently relocated to Vancouver Island. Our previous Cloverdale home had been listed with an agent for over two months with minimal activity.
